Our Story & how it all started

It all started with a simple but important question: How can we nourish our bodies with every sip, every day?

While on a constant journey to improve our family’s health, I found myself reflecting on our daily habits—especially the ritual of morning coffee. My husband has always loved his morning brew, but the research on coffee’s long-term health impacts can be mixed. As Dr. Michael Greger (of NutritionFacts.org) often emphasizes, every bite or sip is an opportunity to feed the body with something that helps it or hurts it. That idea stuck with me: what if we could start each day with something that always nourishes the body?

Our family has been fascinated by the incredible potential of mushrooms. Used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine, these fungi are just beginning to get the scientific recognition they deserve in the West. I truly believe that mushrooms are one of the best-kept secrets when it comes to health and wellbeing.

I knew I wanted something better. Made from fruiting bodies, not mycelium, with a blend that supported both body and mind.
